Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to make the payments according to the schedule provided at the time of purchase. If a payment remains outstanding, access to the relevant programme or service may be suspended until the matter is resolved.
When you purchase a digital product, course or programme, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own personal learning and development.
You may not share your login details or allow another person to access your purchased content.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Niio Dance course materials, recordings, workbooks, videos, audio or other content without written permission.
The period of access to a particular course or programme will be stated on the relevant sales page or communicated to you when you purchase.
Where a programme includes live online sessions, dates and times will be provided on the relevant sales page or communicated following purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver sessions as advertised. Occasionally, technical problems, illness or circumstances outside our reasonable control may require a session to be postponed, rescheduled or provided in another format.
Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and provide a suitable alternative, such as a rescheduled session or recording.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and checking their email, spam or junk folders and relevant course areas for programme communications.
A failure to receive an email due to an email provider, filtering system or personal settings does not, in itself, create an entitlement to a refund where the relevant content or a reasonable alternative has been made available.
Unless a specific money-back guarantee or refund provision is stated on the relevant sales or booking page, purchases are non-refundable simply because you change your mind, decide not to participate or do not use the content or service provided.
For digital products and online programmes, access to the purchased content forms part of the service. Once access has been provided, the purchase cannot ordinarily be cancelled simply because the content has not been viewed or used.
Where a specific refund or money-back guarantee is offered, the terms stated on the relevant sales page will apply.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

All Niio Dance content and materials, including courses, workbooks, recordings, videos, audio, written materials, exercises, frameworks, images, graphics and branding, are owned by or licensed to Niio Dance.
Your purchase gives you permission to use these materials for your own personal learning and development. It does not give you ownership of the materials or permission to reproduce, teach, sell or commercially use them without written permission.
The Niio Dance name, branding and original materials may not be used in a way that suggests an association with or endorsement by Niio Dance without our written permission.
If you provide feedback or a testimonial, we may ask for permission to use it in our marketing.
We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable testimonials, photographs, videos or other participant content for promotional purposes.
You retain ownership of content you create and submit unless you agree otherwise.
Niio Dance involves movement, somatic practices, creative expression and personal development.
Niio Dance is not a medical, psychological or clinical therapy service and does not replace appropriate professional medical, psychological or therapeutic care.
